Adroit Mavens is an Executive Search firm based out of Gurgaon. Adroit Mavens is being run by seasoned and high pedigreed HR professionals who have worked in Global Organizations handling global responsibilities.

We have been engaged by one of E-Commerce client to identify HR Business Partner.

Role: Sr. Manager/AVP - HR

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

- Driving Employee Engagement Initiatives in order to engage with various employee sections and driving high levels of motivation.

- Conducting Employee Engagement survey and do the action planning.

- Maintain strong employee connect and have a strong sense of employee suggestions, grievances and aspirations.

- Executing talent management practices and career progression plans for the employees

- Building and driving innovative Rewards and Recognition plans

- Driving the performance management process.

- Driving the Performance Improvement Plans and acting on under performers.

- Ensuring the Attrition levels are in control and driving employee productivity.

- Manage the partnerships with HR COE, Talent Acquisition and HR Shared Services

- Building a strong product/ tech culture.

Education

Premium Institute MBA + 9 years experience.
