About our Client - Our client is a Leading Investment Bank with a global shared service center in India. The center provides a range of finance services in India to support various business units globally through provision of financial control, legal entity control, regulatory reporting, tax reporting, financial reporting and financial accounting. The center provides operational scalability, enhanced financial controls and enhanced operational / financial risk management while focusing on cost efficiency, quality and process excellence. Continued success in the market and a strong balance sheet has positioned them for continued expansion. They are strategically creating global roles out of Indian operations and are looking for seasoned finance professionals to join their Legal Entity Control Team in Delhi NCR.

Job Description - Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for:

- Managing financial reporting for the group as well as subsidiaries across various geographies within the established financial control framework

- Effective risk management of legal entities

- Representing the shared service center in various global forums within the company

- Planning, training of staff and day-to-day management/oversight of the LEC team including review, quality of service and optimal resource utilization

- Liaising with global teams of external auditors to ensure successful and seamless completion of audits

- Proactively working with the global team leads to ensure that tasks are well documented, standardized and improved continuously

- Effective engagement with stakeholders in various geographies, managing relationships at leadership levels, and providing timely/accurate operational updates and issue resolution

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA with 7+ years of post qualification experience in Financial Control / Regulatory Reporting / Legal Entity Control / Product Control. Team management and experience in a banking environment is a must. Returning Indians are encouraged to apply as prior international experience would be valuable.
