Sr Manager/AVP - Financial Crime Risk

- To ensure that operational risk is being effectively managed by ensuring business management implements and maintains the operational risk aspects of the Bank’s Risk Management Framework, group operational risk strategy and associated operational risk procedures.

- Leading, managing and developing an effective internal Review Team

- Planning review assignments effectively, allocating review resources, defining deadlines and ensuring a comprehensive and appropriate terms of reference is set for each review.

- Conducts risk assessments and identifies controls in place and areas of review to identify the risk and its mitigation.

- Liaison with senior/middle management in the planning and conduct of review assignments discussing findings, emerging risks and actions to address identified risks.
