Job Title: Financial Advisor

Department: Private Wealth Area of Operation

Sales Location: Mumbai

Grade: M1/V6/V5 (Sr. Manager / AVP/VP)

Reporting to: Cluster Head / Regional Head Last

Job Summary: Responsible for acquisition and maintenance of relationship with HNI/UHNI and corporate clients offering Wealth Advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

- Responsible for acquisition of new HNI/UHNI, corporate clients & offering wealth management products, services. Build and Manage relationships that result in successful long term partnerships

- Cross selling of the MOSL basket of Investment Products to all clients.

- Maintaining and leveraging on the relationship with clients acquired.

- Generating referrals and other such ideas to continuously grow business in terms of revenue, AUM and count of eligible families.

Person Specifications:

Specification / Details:

Experience:

- Essential 5 + years of experience in Wealth Management unit managing acquisition of HNI, UHNI, Corporate Clients. Total experience of at least 7+ years.

- Must be from a broking or banking background.

Other Skills:

- Excellent Communication & Presentation skills. Social and Influencing skills.

- Ability to develop long term relationships. Sales & Relationship management experience is necessary and must be demonstrated.

Educational specifications:

Minimum Qualification: MBA or CA or CFA

Preferred Qualification: MBA or CA or CFA Additional Certification / Trainings (desirable)

Training / Certification:

- NCFM Certifications - No

- AMFI Certification - YesYes

- IRDA - No
