Sr Manager - AVP - Credit Operations

Position: Sr. Manager / AVP Credit Operations

Job Profile:

- Coordination with CRMG/ Legal/ F&A

- Monitor Implementation of internal policies regarding Credit Sanctions, Loan Documentation, Security Valuation, PDCs

- Ensure Compliance to RBI Guidelines including latest stressed account monitoring & reporting

- Continuous monitoring and control on document perfection, covenant compliance and other sanction compliance

Account Monitoring & reporting of:

a) Receivables & Ageing

b) TDS Receivables

c) Sanction Compliance

- Periodic MIS regarding Asset Book, Disbursements, Sectorwise Exposure, Client/ Exposure Concentration, Receivables & Ageing, Document Perfection, Covenant Compliance

- SPOC for all the above compliance regarding ASF and continuously interact with CRMG/Accounts/Secretarial for Periodic/Specific requirements

- Effective coordination with MBO/AO to have control on the above credit aspects

- Periodic reporting & by exception to management on the above
