Compensation and Benefits (Sr Manager/AVP Level)
I have an opening in a Leading MNC in Bangalore/ Hyderabad/ Chennai. I am looking candidates who can handle end to end Compensation and Benefit role for 7000 plus employees and directly report to Compensation and Benefit Head.
Candidate’s Profile
- Candidate should have good understanding of the principles and practices of compensation and benefits systems.
- Strong analytical, problem solving skills and quantitative skills and a track record for planning, doing and
auditing work; able to systematically break down problems or processes into their parts and develop
several alternative solutions
- Knows basic taxation laws applying to compensation in India
- Highly detail driven with emphasis on accuracy, coupled with the ability to see the broader picture
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once
- Ability to create tools and models to interpret and analyse data
- Demonstrated mastery and ability to act as a resource particularly regarding rewards management issues
(e.g. job evaluation, surveys, job/market pricing, salary range development, etc)
- Ability to effectively manage communication and relationships in matrix organization structure
- MBA degree is must preferably from Premier B School with 6-10 years of experience.
