Sr Manager/AVP - Audit - Banking Operations

About Our Client :

Our client is a MNC Bank with operations across Retail, Corporate and Investment Banking. With their offshore setup growing year on year a requirement has arisen for an Internal Audit professional to join their setup in Delhi NCR.

Job Description :

Reporting to the Director - Internal Audit, your key responsibilities would include:

- Planning & implementation of the audit plan for diverse processes across banking operations within India

- Provide audit opinion for own area of responsibility Build a highly engaged and motivated audit function

- Develop team using coaching and feedback (create specific individual and team objectives to build skills and knowledge)

- Monitor skills and define and execute a recruitment strategy for the team

- Contribute to continuous improvement by prioritizing projects, allocating resource, reviewing business improvement projects and taking opportunities to add value

- Respond to ad-hoc management requests Develop, maintain and share specialist Audit knowledge

The Successful Applicant :

- You must be a CA with 7+ years of post qualification experience within Internal Audit in a Bank or a Financial Services setup

- Strong audit experience across diverse banking operations like mortgages, loans, savings products, credit
cards, investment products, etc is mandatory

- Strong experience of conducting internal audits as per the prescribed RBI guidelines is mandatory

- You will have excellent communication; coupled the ability to use this to train the team, pitch to external and
internal stake-holders and comment on crucial audit findings
