Sr Manager - Assurance/Audit - Big4

Job Responsibilities ;

- Be an effective manager of managers, including empowering, monitoring, coaching and motivating a group of managers

- Conduct assurance team performance reviews,

- Develop/maintain strong relationship network with key decision makers in the Assurance Leadership

- Enhance relationships and leverage connections

- Manage quality of service delivery

- Assist in organizing and providing technical training

- Establish a practice of best practice sharing within teams

- Support Exceptional Service delivery

- Ensuring proper compliance of the financial statements in accordance with various GAAP like IFRS, UK GAAP and Indian GAAP.

- Analyzing and testing internal controls in place at the organization, to prevent and detect fraud.

- Close co-ordination with assurance teams at client location

Desired Profile :

- Qualified CA(2001/2002 pass outs)

- 10+ years of audit experience with other Big Four firms.

- Experience of working outside India and serving global clients

- Excellent project management skills

- Excellent People management skills and demonstrated teaming abilities

- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English

- Team Management experience is must.
