- Be an effective manager of managers, including empowering, monitoring, coaching and motivating a group of 8+ managers
- Identify development opportunities and training needs for high performing managers
- Conduct assurance team performance reviews, serve as a positive leader and mentor, and contribute to the Segment performance
- Manage business and clients
- Develop/maintain strong relationship network with key decision makers inthe EMEIA Assurance Leadership Team
- Actively support the EMEIA Segment agenda both in terms of growth initiatives as well as quality initiatives
- Enhance relationships and leverage connections to identify opportunities for work within the organisation
- Complete responsibility for planning, including annual growth, resource and activity plan for EMEIA Segment
- Monitor KPIs and take appropriate action where required
- Manage quality of service delivery
- Assist in organising and providing technical training
- Assist addressing service delivery quality issuesif and when they occur
- Support Exceptional Service delivery
- Establish a practice of best practice sharing within teams
- Support any global or GSS quality programs
We are looking for:
Qualified CPA, CA (2001-2003 May) or equivalent qualification
- 10+ years of audit experience with other Big Four firms.
- Experience of working outside India and serving global clients
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent People management skills and demonstrated teaming abilities
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
- FAAS or IPO experience will be an added advantage
