About our Client - Our client is a global consulting firm with offices in major financial hubs. They are the premier provider of analytics solutions with the best in house analytics teams they serve big bulge bracket financial firms to large government organisations. They are currently expanding their Indian offices and seek a candidate to lead one their core consulting teams.

Job Description - You will be reporting to the Director - Banking and financial services.Your responsibilities would include :

- Conceptualisation, development and delivery of the global banking clients.

- Organising and leading a team in the fast paced world with strict deadlines of consulting

- Building and developing relationship with existing clients.

- Motivating and leading a team of analysts and consultants to bring the best service to the clients.

The Successful Candidate - The successful candidate must have an MBA from IIMs or ISB with a undergraduate degree preferably from IITs. Candidates with a PHD in economics/statistics would also be considered and the candidate is expected to have at least 4 years experience in the world of analytics and should be well versed with analytical tools like SAS, SPSS, Advanced MS Excel with macros.
