About our Client - Our client is leading boutique research & analytics firm headquartered in the United Kingdom. Globally they specialize in deploying research and analytics to pursue business growth within their client operations. As an initiative to set up their analytics division in India, they are looking for a seasoned and enterprising individual to start the team and grow it further.

Job Description - Reporting into the Board of Directors and handling a team of six your main responsibility will be to set up the analytics center of excellence in the organization. In addition to this you will be responsible for- Client Engagement and business development

- End to End project delivery

- Mentoring and training the direct reports

- Growing the analytics team for the business

The Successful Candidate - You must have a Masters' Degree with at least 8-12 years of experience in analytics. In addition to this you must have done projects in international locations and dealt with stakeholders abroad. You should be a thought leader and a strategist. Some exposure to business development is a plus.
