Currently there is an opening with a leading KPO based in Mumbai for Senior Manager - CADD BSU Operations where we require 8-10 years of work experience in operational management of KPO / Off Shore Processing Centre

Position Overview:
The CADD BSU Operations Senior Manager will report to the Asia Regional Head of CADD BSU based in Mumbai, and support the whole of Asia Pacific. The person joining the team should have extensive knowledge and work experience in the operational set up of KPOs/ offshore processing centers, formal project management certification and hands-on experience in managing projects spanning across countries and functions. The key responsibility of the Senior Manager will be to identify and implement the target organization structure to support the CADD process for the countries not currently supported by the Mumbai hub.
It includes studying the various regulatory, language and other constraints that need to be addressed when relocating the operational processes, identifying one or more target locations, drawing up a detailed plan for relocating the teams, obtaining buy-in and formal approval for the plan, and executing on the plan with minimal impact on BAU processes. To facilitate this, the Senior Manager will have supervisory responsibility for the satellite teams (excl. Hongkong).
Responsibilities:
- Play a significant role in long-term shaping of the BSU within the region.
- Work with various country and regional teams in understanding the key processes within the BSU.
- Oversee CADD process in the satellite teams by closely liaising with the team leads and checkers in these teams.
- Leverage on Quality, Controls, Metrics & Reporting team in Mumbai to support the satellites and monitor their performance.
- Defining the decision criteria for right location, assessing potential locations using the framework, identifying the right location. Drawing up detailed plan for transition and executing per plan.
- Implement management practices to monitor performance and quality within the new teams.
- Drive highest level of customer service to the coverage partners and ensure escalations are quickly resolved with emphasis on fixing root cause to prevent recurrence.
- Mentor, develop and coach Team members and Team leads thereby building a strong team at the new location.
Qualitative Dimensions and Requirements:
- Will have responsibility for approx. 20 employees and CADD process for 6 countries
- At least 8-10 years work experience in operational management of KPO / Off Shore Processing Centres, specialized certification in Project Planning/Management will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work with people from varied backgrounds and cultures is essential.
- Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing major projects or initiatives in previous organization
- Excellent interpersonal / Communication skills and a collaborative management style.
- Ability to build consensus and a common understanding of organizational goals.
- Ability to maintain motivation levels and commitment of the team through a transition phase.
- Self motivated & strong planning and execution skills.
