Immediate supervisor/manager of the role holder: General Manager – HR

Position Title of Direct Reportees: Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager
Main mission, goal of position:
The purpose of the role is to develop and create the OD and learning architecture for Pan India Operations that aims at enhancing work force competency, building leadership capabilities and provide a conducive, learning environment.
Major areas of responsibility, main processes, tasks:
Organization Development:
- Design, develop and drive OD interventions, strategies, processes that are aligned to the business and corporate frame work / philosophy.
- Driving all Change Management Initiatives
- Incorporate and apply new OD concepts, tools and practices for the business
- Hi Potential programs
- Developing succession and career plan strategies.
Leadership development for senior Management:
- Managing the IDAPs for all senior management, direct reports to the Managing Director.
- Facilitating and monitoring the coaching and mentoring initiatives for the Senior Management
Internal and External Communication:
- Leading all internal and external communication initiatives relating to HR
- Ensure communication strategy is consistent and reflects the organizations vision, values and purpose
Training & Development:
- Creating the learning architecture align to business and functional strategies
- Designing, Content development and delivery.
- Implementing Learning Score Cards, measure and improve learning effectiveness
- Driving E Learning initiatives as an alternative learning channel
- Participating in developing and monitoring the companies L & D budget to ensure that the best quality of Learning and development opportunities are provided in the established budget
Employee Engagement:
- Identifying strategies for employee engagement that impacts retention of employees.
- Participating in various engagement surveys (Internal and External), execution of the findings
Performance Management:
- Training, Branding and communication of the PMS process
- Strategies to help grow hi performing talent
Qualifications & Experience:
- 8 – 12 years with Fulltime MBA (HR) from a reputed institute
- The desired candidate must have exposure of around 7 + years working in the Organizational Development function and driving multiple OD Projects independently in a global organization or a transnational organization
- High level of capabilities of creating new tools\materials
- Good level of experience in Internal communication
- M S Office – Power Point and Excel is a must
Major Action Involved:
- High level of interaction with all employees especially business and function heads.
- Influencing individuals and teams for interventions.

- Strong people orientation and internal personal skills, presentation skills, Execution Skills, result oriented, focused and keep pace with accuracy on delivery Excellent communication, Fluency in English (verbal & written).
