Identify novel/ground breaking deal ideas in sectors/areas with limited financial services penetration.   - Create access points at potential targets via cold calling and/or networking   - Organize meetings at senior levels for Business Head and independently lead meetings at mid-level  - Create compelling marketing collaterals such as teasers, Information Memorandums, pitchbooks, offer letters, business models, valuation analysis, investment rationale, among others.   - Identify relevant investors across PE/VC funds, SWFs, PSUs, Corporate Treasuries, UHNIs, FIs, among others, and maintain relationship with them  - Develop strong network for deal sourcing across CAs, CS, boutique firms, Financial intermediaries, etc.   - Create periodical marketing reports and other related MIS  Deal Execution:  - Manage end-to-end deal execution including preparation of deal documentation, assisting in due diligence processes and ensuring final deal closure  - Prepare deal collaterals such as Financial Models, LOI, Investment Memorandum, Memorandum of Understanding, Term Sheets, Share Transfer Agreements, Valuation Analysis, among others   - Strong understanding of the financial and regulatory implications of various deal structures   - Liaison with client management and all stake holders involved to ensure seamless information flow  - Possess knowledge of Company Law, SEBI guidelines and overall regulatory environment  Revenue Management:   - Work on allocated targets across revenue/ signed mandate letters/client meetings   - Be a strong contributor towards Department P&L  - Prepare requisite internal MISs to capture revenue and performance of the SBU  Personal Characteristics:  - Ability work and deliver under pressure in fluid work environment  - Superior presentation/communication/interpersonal skills  - High level of personal initiative and ownership  - Strong team player   - Ability to multi-task  - Highly enthused and positive aptitude; willingness and preparedness to lead initiatives
