Required "Sr. Manager/AGM - International Business - Africa" for Gurgaon Location. Person will be responsible for Sanitary-ware/bath fitting product in entire Africa country.

Requirement : 8+ years of exp in Sales of Building Material Industry only (should have 5 years of experience in Africa region).

- Excellent Communication Skills.

- Good knowledge of Building Material Industry.

Job Purpose:

- Discover and build up potential clients in International Market; tapping profitable business opportunities and position products as per market needs.

- Front end sales.

- Overseas Client visits.

- Prospecting to closing business.

- Post sales for delivery to payment.

- International Market Research.

- Manage existing relationships and establish new.

Key Tasks / Duties and Responsibilities:

- International Sales & marketing in Business Development from planning to execution of all Business Development related activities in building material industry

- A positive and determined approach to researching and analyzing new business opportunities.

- Establishing the company brand name in the select geographies and vertical with the help of the integrated marketing effort.

- Creating and closing new business opportunities for the company.

- Manage the full corporate sales policy - from initial unqualified enquiry, quotation, evaluation and support issues, commercials, price negotiation and closure.

- Manage a personal sales pipeline.

- Evaluating competitor strategy and planning in the market.

- Conduct prospecting and lead follow up from marketing activities as required.

- Adhere to sales policies & methodologies and ensure accurate & timely data input in the clients & prospect database.

- Providing support to customers, including transfer of information, presentations and training to customers & partners.

- Target oriented professional.

- Having excellent sales & marketing experience, client relationship management & an excellent negotiation skill.

- A sound understanding of the Africa marketing sector.

- To conduct ATL, BTL activities globally.
