Our client into Manufacturing is looking for Sr. Manager / AGM - Internal Audit, with 5-9 years experience post CA in Internal Audit with SAP knowledge is must.  JD:  Extend full support and assistance in carrying out ECPP Audit across all locations  - Assist in annual scope reconciliation   - Keep track of all audits that are being carried out and ensure whether all audits are on schedule  - Participation in MDM and preparing minutes thereof  - Conducting follow up on responses by auditees and having the same incorporated in report  - Preparation of ATS (summary of all audit points at one place and status as on date)  - Preparation of ATR (Action Taken Report for Audit committee )  - Providing all other administrative support for the department including inter alia:  a) Bill passing of third party auditors  b) Organizing for various meetings (VC, telecom etc.)  - Visiting plants when required, for above purposes as well as for carrying out any special assignment.  - Execute any other assignment as directed by seniors.  Key Responsibility Activities:  - Updating ATS/ATR Conducting ECPP audit for WCL and all other group companies across all locations including Saudi & USA  - MOM of MDM Participating in MDM and preparing MOM thereof  - Compilation of all audit points at one place  - Regular follow up with auditee  - Updating the status  - Preparing PPT based on MOM of last ACM  - Taking specific replies from all concerned and updating the same   - Audit field work upto finalization of the draft findings.  - Circulating the minutes to all concerned   - States the minimum acceptable proficiency/ threshold for this role  Neha Joshi  Randstad India   Mumbai
