Major Purpose of the Job: (Exactly spell out key deliveries/results expected from this job)

- Preparation of Brand wise Sales Performance, Product mix & Gap Analysis

- Preparation of Forecast P & L for next month

- Monitoring & Controlling marketing expenses of Maxima & Volta divisions - Budget V/s Actual

- Costing for New Product, Revision in Current product costing

- Complete analysis for Third Party V/s In-house Product costing.

Principal Accountability: (Please write all the major jobs that the employee is required to carry out )

1.Budgetary Control

- Monitoring-controlling-discussing with Finance controller / marketing HOD for marketing expenses to remain within budget

- Inter departmental meetings towards goal of the divisions of Branded SBU

- Evaluating cost saving proposals received from F&D & discussing with marketing/purchase whenever necessary

2.Analysis & helping in decision making

- Monitor & briefing marketing HOD about non moving inventory, near expiry product to liquidate in time to avoid loss, credit note analysis

- Working provisional P&L in month beginning and discussing with Finance controller / marketing HOD to get required profit

3.Regular MIS as per requirement

- To provide information to the Finance controller / marketing HOD about the

Budgeted-Actual expenses

Working Capital [Inventory / Receivables]

Providing Information regarding Actual Mix sold VS Budget to take corrective action.

- Data collected are from mainly from SAP / reliable source and other supporting function division
