About our Client - Our client is a Global Financial Services Organisation that offers services in Insurance and Re-Insurance. Due to expansion in their business, they are looking to hire a Senior Manager- Finance (Accounts Payable) to handle end to end procurement cycle.

Job Description - Reporting into the Head of Finance and handling a team of 15 people, your key responsibilities would include:

- Evaluating, hiring and coaching staff.

- Manage and control the timely payment of invoices.

- Foster a client-focused environment.

- Ensure client (internal and onshore process owner) requirements and expectations are executed timely and accurately, along with verifying that issues are resolved to the clients satisfaction.

- Continue to identify opportunities to automate tasks as well as identify other ways to improve productivity.

- Continuous process improvement is assessed and implemented.

- Assure AP department is SOX compliant

The Successful Candidate - The successful applicant would have minimum experience of 7-9 years within Finance and atleast 3 years within Accounts Payable, preferably from a shared service environment. You must be a qualified CA. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel Solid understanding of the procurement to payment cycle. You also must have an outgoing personality and client-focused approach to management. Knowledge of ERP (PeopleSoft preferable) Accounts Payable.
