About our Client - Our client is a NYSE listed technology company involved in manufacturing and installation services. They have a presence in more than 20 countries with a global revenue exceeding 2 billion US dollars. They are looking for an able leader to head their accounts and controlling team based out of their India headquarters in Mumbai.

Job Description - As Sr. Manager Finance you will lead a team of 4 people and report into the India Finance controller. You will be responsible to Lead accurate and timely period-end closing and preparation of US GAAP-based and local statutory financial statements for legal entities for India

- Lead, prepare FSAR, Reconciliation review, RRT, Non routing contract review and other financial closing related analysis and review

- Lead preparation effort of accurate and timely compliance with statutory reporting

- Support Tax manager and finance controller of the accurate and timely compliance with various local indirect tax requirements and tax incentive opportunities, as appropriate

- Lead activities and tasks of local control and compliance with and effectiveness of SOX controls, and support the development and implementation of new controls as determined by the Director of Controls and Financial Processes

- Support the preparation of external financial statements

- Identify and drive process and technology improvement opportunities, lead setup local policy and procedure under global policy guidance

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA with atleast 8+yrs of work experience in a accounting and controlling role with a US MNC. You come from a service industry and are well versed with USGAAP accounting. You have excellent communication skills and are able to manage senior stake holders.
