Sr Manager - Accounting

Location : Bangalore

Designation : Sr Manager

- Monthly accounting and book close / Finalization of financials (USGAAP)

- Oversee AP, AR and Treasury functions by ensuring timely and accurate accounting of cost and revenue invoices

- Companies Act Compliance

- Managing audits (Internal and Statutory under multiple GAAPs)

- Initiating various cost saving initiatives

- Consolidation of books - accounting for multiple entities with related party transactions and consolidation of accounts.

- Prepare management reporting and MIS for the group

- Strengthening Internal Controls and processes.

- Work on Cost optimization initiatives.

Requirements :

- CA/ MBA with 8-10 years experience in managing F&A functions

- Striving, dedicated and financial expert with sharp business acumen

- Engages multiple stakeholders in consistently achieving results
