We have an immediate requirement for Talent Acquisition/ Staffing lead for a leading Manufacturing organisation at Delhi/NCR

Candidates Skills required:

- Full Time MBA/ Post Graduate with experience of 10-15 years and good experience in recruitment process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for handling recruitment for Global & Indian Market.

- Responsible for over all Talent Acquisition Capability building

- Strategized and successfully implemented the recruitment processes.

- Regularly interacts with the clients to develop a thorough understanding of the business needs.
