Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Drafting & Negotiating Software license agreements

2. Consulting service agreements

3. Other technology service agreements

4. Managing various Legal matters

5. Participation in the discussions and negotiations with various clients for finalizing the agreements.

Required skills:

1. Experience in Software licensing.

2. Knowledge of drafting and negotiation of software agreements and IT agreements.

Education - LLB

Experience :3 to 10+

Salary: Best As Per Indutry Standards
