Seeking for Senior HR / Training & Development Professionals , for heading the Organization Development & Learning Development on Pan India basis.
- The candidate , would be responsible for providing coaching, facilitation , team development, whole systems analysis, process re-engineering and organization development service , Competency mapping , Skills mapping , Induction , Learning Leads , efficiency measurement etc.
- Will also be accountable for providing a range of consultation services to executive leaders and senior management on the development and implementation of key strategies and training for creating and sustaining a high performing organization.
- The candidate should be working / have worked on Organization Development & Learning Development assignments within Banking Industry.
