Senior developer to work in real time, low latency trading infrastructure library used in Fixed Income and Equities Electronic Trading Systems

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced senior developer to work in low latency trading infrastructure library used in Electronic Trading systems. These are complex low latency, real time, multithreaded, distributed systems. All of these systems use the core technology infrastructure library for:

(1) Messaging (TCP, multicast)

(2) Threading & Synchronization

(3) Object caching & state management

(4) Fault tolerance

(5) Memory management and object model

(6) Queuing

(7) Data sharing through shared memory

(8) Configuration management

Required skills:

(1) Strong Java Server side on Linux

(2) Strong multithreading and network programming

(3) Understanding of Linux operating systems

(4) Code tuning and performance optimization / testing

(5) Good communication skills

(6) Ability to come up with the design and proactive attitude to improve system
