One of our client is hiring for Senior Manger HR - for their "Talent Relation and Compliance" team
Looking for highly experienced professional with extensive experience handling Talent Relations & Compliance concepts; who can provides advice to resolve Talent Relations and Compliance cases
The job responsibility involves
- Makes recommendations to the Talent Relations and Compliance less experienced Talent professionals regarding complex cases
- Understands the challenges and issues of a specific FSS
- Resolves a wide range of TR&C issues in creative ways
Looking for someone who can spearhead the investigations on employee grievances ( council for Anti Sexual Harassment Initiative, Grievances and discipline cases)
- Managing various compliance requirements in terms of maintaining standards of HR operation and reporting structure, including but not limited to background checks, yearly appraisals, leave management, incentive budget and payout
