- Responsible for managing the global performance & talent management process
- Responsible for end to end designing, planning, developing, implementing and monitoring the talent management initiatives.
- Making recommendation on policies, procedures related to performance competence necessary to enhance the individual’s performance with keeping the organization’s objective in mind.
- Rolling out PMS cycle while establishing & implementing the KPI’s / Competencies / Performance data for the various positions in the organization.
- Planning & Organising PMS trainings, ensure regular communication to the share holders. Conducting annual performance appraisal process for all executives. Performance counseling, career counseling/ Hi Potential Talent Management/ Succession Planning
- Rewards & Recognition Programs/ Career Mapping/ Training Programs...etc for the hi potential employees
- Monitors current and emerging performance management issues/ trends, prepares and presents strategic recommendations to the management
Looking for people with more than 10 years of experience and a minimum of 5 years in Talent Management from a reputed organization.
