Job Description: for the post of Manager.Sr.Manager-HR Plant.

Experience :8 to 15years

Job Location:Koppal, Karnataka

Note: We are looking for candidates having exp in of statutory compliance like factory ,Drafting skills, Canteen,Safety, Contract labor administration handling ,PF,wages,

Salary will depend of relevant experience

- Responsible for all HR related functions for Pellet Plant

- Responsible for Employee Relations and Industrial Relations for Pellet Plant

- To ensure all statutory compliance.

- Performance appraisal

- Administration of time office, canteen and transport facility

- Take care of administration and safety related activities, etc.

- Man power planning, recruitment of manpower as per employment policy and its proper deployment

- Training and Development of all employees

- Maintenance of personnel records

- Contract labor administration

- Develop and implement policies and procedure for smooth functioning of Pellet Plant

- Factory licensing and renewal

Keys skills: industrial relation, Wages ,Salary,PF,contract labour

Education :Any UG degree with full time and PG degree MSW or MBA or PG HRM or Diploma in HRM with full time

Note: we don’t want any candidates who has done correspondence course and don’t share profiles and No correspondence/Distance Education.

- Candidate must have work experience in plant location with handling IR and personal management

- Candidate must have worked in manufacturing set-up and not in service sector or Garment sector or IT sector or Construction Sector

Must have working Knowledge of Kannada.
