Sr Manager - HR (OD)
One of my client, CMMI 5 certified, is looking for Sr Manager for handling Organisation Development activities.
The brief JD is as follows:
- Identify second level leaders, design training program and ensure it is completed
- Identify key HR areas, develop a plan to bring it on par with industries best practice
- Work with business leaders on various aspects that can enable them to manager their people better
- Work with Sr Management to identify areas for improvement and introduce OD interventions
- Assist Sr Management in developing People related strategy
The ideal candidate should have
- At least 5+ years of core HR functional experience at Senior Level
- Has at least 4+ years of experience in Org Development activities
- Should have worked for org size of 400+ spread across multiple location
- Should have worked in decision making level at least for 1 year
- Should have relevant educational qualification to back his experience and role
Location : Bangalore (almost no travel - max planned visit to few cities in India)
Joining time : < 25 days
Type : Full time
Reporting : One of the Sr Management members. This position is typically No. 2 in HR org and if candidate is having potential can grow to No. 1 position in HR org in short period
