Senior HR opening with an MNC in NCR in the manufacturing vertical

Our clients are an MNC and in the business of manufacturing auto components and systems. They are in a major expansion and growth phase and looking for a mature and capable individual to head their HR function pan India.

Position: HR Manager/Senior Manager

Location: Manesar, Haryana

- Candidate Experience: a Minimum of 6-10 years with an MBA required. Candidate having Plant/factory HR experience from Manufacturing industries is essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Building Talent Capability at the plants

- Manpower planning

- Recruitment

- Training and Development

- Securing the factory operations:

- Statutory Compliance Management.

- Interface with the local admin and external influencers.

- Selection and Audit of contractors and vendors.

- Proactive and timely closures of all grievances

- Responsible for HR Processes: Performance Management, Employee Engagement etc.

- Responsible for the Culture Building and Employee Engagement Activities at the plant.

- Overseeing the general administration activities for the plant

Other Skills Required

- Handling both shop floor employees as well as other employees of the company for all HR related matters independently,smartly and with maturity.

- Negotiation Skills

- Knowledge of legal compliances and laws

- Networking and influencing skills

- Excellent inter personal skills, energetic and out of the box thinker, manage and mentor team members, with excellent verbal and written communication in English.
