IR / Recruitment/ Resourcing/ Training & Development : -

- Management of the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.

- Depth in maintaining harmonious Industrial Relations among management and workers through efficient administration and resolution of employees’ grievances.

- Organizing training and development programs for managers as well as for other employees.

Compensation/ Benefit : -

- Working out various remuneration policies, including pay packages for newly hired employees.

- Maintaining attendance details for all employees to identify LWP deductions.

Union Handling / Industrial Relations/ welfare Activities : -

- Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relation-ship.

- Negotiating and amicably settling disputes of the workers in order to maintain discipline & harmonious working environment across all employee levels.

- Participating in the Dispute Settlement Machinery (conciliation, arbitration & adjudication).

- Implementing disciplinary standards for minimizing violations of rules & regulations.

- Attending interpersonal issues arising at work place & initiating motivational activities.

General Administration : -

- Managing the Housekeeping activities, Security and Transportation and handling functions of Canteen, Medical/Hospital facilities meant for the employees.

- Ensuring Statutory Compliance at all levels involving liaison with external agencies, govt. authorities & offices like PF/Factories Act and Labour, Weight & Measurement Deptt., Pollution Control Board etc.

Legal Affaires :-

- Watch and safeguard the interest of the Company in causes, whether it is by the Company or it is against the Company, pending under/before various Courts of law in the district it self or out-side and as such it may include any Tribunal/Forum/Court, High Court(s) or the Supreme Court of India.

Qualfication -- MBA in HR / Social Studies / Personal Management / Labour Studies -- Full Time is a must

Experience -- Minimum 8 yrs is a must
