We have an urgent opening for the post of Sr Manager Human Resource, with the leading UK basd investment bank, Mumbai JD as follow:

1. Should be adept in handling payroll & compensation.

2. Regular Interaction with the Higher Management.

3. Can handle end to end recruitment's independently.

4. Excellent communication skills as the role involves interacting with top management.

5. Sourcing candidates from best possible sources and preliminary interviewing

6. Orienting the new joiners in the India office on the organization and the policies

7. Co-ordinating with placement consultants and placement cells of the institutes for campus placements and summer internship

8. Issuing letters related employment contracts, confirmation, experience/relieving, internships and letters on request

9. Handling employee queries and issues

10. Maintaining up-to-date database and MIS with respect employees and prospective candidates

11. Updation of organization chart

REPORTING MANAGER

- Global Head- Human Resources

EXPERIENCE

- Minimum of 5 years

EDUCATION

- MBA/PGDM or equivalent in HR.

WHO CAN APPLY

- Someone with prior experience of working for Banks, investment banking firms, stock broking firms & merchant bankers.
