- Handling the entire Gamut of HR activities from Recruitment & Selection, Compensation and Benefits, Payroll Management, Training & Development, Performance Appraisals and Employee Engagement. Driving Succession Planning for critical positions.
- To handle Annual appraisal process from initiation to closure including the increment process.
- Responsible for the Annual manpower planning exercise which includes discussions with the Line Managers and preparation of final recommendation for increase or decrease of the manpower.
- Preparation of the manpower and the departmental budget and to keep a track of the expenses during the year. Also to ensure that the Manpower cost remains within the budgeted framework.
- To ensure that the daily operational activities are as per the standard protocols and in case of exceptions due approvals are taken.
