Qualifications / Work experience:
- Should be an MBA in HR.
- At least 5-7yrs experience in Recruitment Life Cycle, PMS, Handling Negotiations, IR, Training and Development Areas.
- Experience in Pharma/Healthcare/Medical Equipment industry is a Must!!
Key Result Areas:
- To handle entire gamut of Human Resource Function from manpower planning / talent Acquisition, IR responsibilities till separations. Being a key part of HR & Operations team driving a range of HR initiatives as well as timely providing solutions to ongoing Queries & Grievances.
- Plan & execute appropriately the HR functions and activities adhering to HR
- Ongoing review of all existing systems Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & Development, Succession & Career planning, Welfare activities, Personnel administration, HR automation, Employee relations & communication, Separations, disciplinary procedures for the Zone and provide suggestions.
- Managing IR related aspects including contract Manpower, HR policies, employees, statutory compliance, etc.
- Also various motivational and welfare activities across organization.
This role is 70% Generalist & 30% IR.
