Sr HR Manager - BFSI

Essential functions of the Job:

Responsible for high quality execution of significant HR process including,but not limited to,reward,performance management, career development etc.

Proactively provides counsel and guidance prior to business decision being made.

Develops a workforce plan that identifies,prioritizes, and leads people initiatives for the location.

Responsible for monitoring implementation plans and performance against agreed upon KPI's and continuous improvement for all key people metrics including retention,people related direct & indirect costs,people engagement cost etc for the location.

Drives establishment of proper benchmarks for people KPI's across centers, as compared to best in class companies in the industry.

Develops and partners with internal and external networks to leverage functional area knowledge.

Directs reporting needs and data analysis to identify themes,trends and comparisons across other service lines.

Attracts,motivates and develops staff.Act as a leader, mentor,coach to team members,creates an inclusive environment for team members to share ideas,collaborate, team and recognize differences.

Analytical/Responsible Making Responsibilities:

Responsible for interpreting data related to headcount including turnover,salary budgets, and any adverse impact.

Provides input on organizational restructuring, staffing,leadership assessments or other key HR business initiatives.

Possesses high levels of specialized knowledge in developing and implementing people strategies, programs and process within shared services environment.Makes decision regarding project needs, resources implementation and measurement.

A high level of complex,conceptual problem solving ability, a wide sphere of influence and a broad based network are expected.
