Job Description - Senior Management role with reporting to Head HR, your primary role and responsibilities will be:
- Lead several key, large-scale, strategic HR projects across a diverse range of business units
- Working closely with key stakeholders you will manage the end-to-end delivery of commercially focused HR projects
- Undertaking all initial engagement with key stakeholders to scope and develop programs of works Control all end-to-end program delivery ensuring milestones are achieved and the program is delivered within agree timescales and budgets
- Manage key relationships across several business units engaging with HR Business Partners and General Managers
- Ensure all project outcomes meet the strategic needs of the business
- Undertake all project reporting and commercial reporting
- Work on large projects with a high level of autonomy
The Successful Candidate - You must have at least 12 - 14 years of work experience either in the HR consulting field of the BFSI/Technology/KPO sector having played a HR consulting role. Must have a proven track record of managing large HR led projects, and should be able to demonstrate your ability of delivering projects on time and within budget. If you do not demonstrate the above mentioned criteria, your application will not be processed. Excellent communication skill is a must and the ability to handle senior stakeholders. You should have demonstrated being hands on with your work.
