Job Description
As Sr. HR Business Partner, you will report to the India HR Head and your responsibilities will include:
- Partner with the business heads and global HR partners to translate business plans into HR strategic and operational plans
- Lead a team of 5 to drive the HR agenda as per the business plan for 700+ employees
- Coach and drive the senior leadership on key HR processes such as performance management, succession planning, talent management etc.
- Provide strategic and tactical workforce planning and staffing strategy in alignment with the line function’s Business plan
- Manage the execution of HR projects in adherence with principles, practices and policies of the organisation
The Successful Applicant
- The successful candidate will carry 10-12 years of core HR experience and must carry a Masters/MBA in HR from a reputed institute. You must have worked in large MNCs with a complex matrix environment and have a proven track record of managing multiple senior stakeholders from the business leadership.
- Prior work on strategic HR projects with business leadership is required and you must showcase a high level of influencing skills to drive a HR agenda. Please note again, you must come from an organisation with a heavy matrix environment managing multiple stakeholders.
