Senior HR Business Partner
Years of Exp : 11-15 yrs
Location : Hyderabad
Qualification : Must be from Tier I institute
Must Be from a product based IT company
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with senior management to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results
- Partner with business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment
- Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
- Coach managers within the organization to build leadership capabilities in all employee matters
- Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties’ interests
- Lead and support, both local and international, HR and business initiatives
- Work with your business unit to identify development/ training needs to help the organization meet its strategic plans and conduct 1:1 and/or group training sessions as appropriate
- Implement/administer/interpret corporate policies/programs/procedures
- Provide leadership for employment practices
- Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential
- Partner with the TA team to hire the best and keep the bar high
- Work with business groups to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives within the client group
- Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on human resources related matters, policies and procedures - Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions and job re-leveling
- Own and deliver specific training courses which are part of the HR Curriculum
Desired Skills & Experience
- Demonstrable experience in an HR generalist or business partner role, preferably in a high tech environment
- Master degree Preferred
Qualifications
- Degree and MBA qualified
- Proven ability to diagnose problems with strategic thinking skills, as well as drive appropriate solutions with tactical actions
- Strong Project/Program Management skills and the ability to prioritize
- Comfortable operating in an ambiguous environment with multiple priorities and high level of autonomy
- Exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to influence and coach employees of all levels in the organization
- Ability to work independently, as well as an active member of both business and HR teams
- Strong business acumen and ability to work well across different functions in order to integrate HR and business strategies
- Able to dive into data and details and analyze, interpret and present back to the business
- Resilient and able to thrive in a fast paced environment with a high level of energy and sense of humor
- A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employee and corporate group to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
