Job Description - Your responsibilities will cater to a purely IT staff span of over 1,000 employees and include:
- Providing HR leadership and partnering with IT leaders to drive the talent strategy for over 1,000 employees
- Driving the talent assessment, strategic staffing and talent management functions
- Identifying key talent pipeline and create a strong career path based on the same
- Managing the performance review for all IT staff and managing the entire process
- Supporting the global initiatives covering organizational change and culture
The Successful Candidate - As a successful applicant you carry a minimum 10 years of pure HR experience ideally from an IT product / IT software industry. You must hold a Master's / MBA in HR from a premier school and carry a strong experience in developing learning programs. While you have a proven track record of steadily progressive HR exposure in fast-paced environments, you also have strong senior stakeholder management experience, demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and have had a stable career - minimum average of 3 years at every previous job.
