The opportunity is one of the Leading MNC based in Bangalore

Should be from good B-School like Symbiosis (Full time).

1. Critically evaluate and adapt HR service delivery to meet the changing needs of customers ensuring effective liaison, listening and establishment of open dialogue with managers, HR partners and trade union representatives.

2. Initiate ideas and provide feedback into the strategic HR decision making processes on a range of people initiatives in order to maximise the contribution and value that HR can add to local and corporate performance.

3. Initiate and influence client service change programmes and act as change agent, leading, supporting and contributing to overall business improvement so that strategic change objectives are achieved.

4. Partner with managers on the resolution and management of a wide range of HR issues including the preparation of documentation for investigations and employment tribunals, attending hearings and appeals as required particularly in relation to Level 3 and complex cases, and in order to ensure that processes are followed accurately to minimize litigation.
