Sr Group Manager - Analytics - IIT/NIT

Position:Manager

REPORTS TO: Sr. Group Manager, Analytics

Experience:5 - 10 Years

A. OVERALL JOB DESCRIPTION/KEY RESULT AREAS

Primary Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain project plans; ensure that all the requirements are met for all the project undergoing on timely manner

- Manage project schedules and track workload Liaise with global project managers to track the status of projects

- Analyze and provide project development and performance reports periodically

- Work closely with the on-shore and off-shore Analysts according to the project plan

- Develop and ensure implementation of efficient/automation processes for project delivery

- At times work within a team as a contributor in project delivery and share responsibility for individual as well as project deliverables

- Ensure the protection of critical data

- He/she will also strive to develop the Client relationships and ensure client engagement at essential checkpoints /milestones

B. JOB REQUIREMENTS/ENTRY CRITERIA

- Only Btech/MCA would be eligible for these openings (All premier institutes eg. IIT/MBE/NSIT/DCE will be given preference)

- Must have at least 5-8 years of hands-on experience on SQL, Data warehousing experience will be preferred.

- Candidates should have excellent Communication and Presentation skills

- Strong Analytical and problem solving skills

- Ability to liaise with different teams to perform best practice sharing

- Should be okay to scale up on the following technologies: SAS/VBA/Unix

- Base SAS/Advanced SAS certified professional will be preferred

- Knowledge of Project Management

- Must have strong Quality Assurance focus

- Openness to learn/adapt new technologies as per the changing business trends/requirements

- Open to work under challenging and dynamic environment

- An expert in Industry Best Practice and Data Protection
