Qualification - MBA / CA from good insitute

Experience - 12 to 16 Years

Job Description -

General Manager - Sr. GM - VP for Investor Relations

- Build, Develop & Maintain relationships with existing & potential investors; internally with top management and businesses

- Analyse dynamics of Company valuation

- Set up best practices for IR

- Proactively manage IR crises

- Handholding IR for group companies

- Reach out their Road-shows, Conference & one on one meetings, hold regular interactions with Senior Management, address investor/analysts concerns (expectation management), Communicate company information & events, Maintain & populate IR website / organize plant visits for large investors.

- Set up IR roadmap on long term basis and set processes and system aligned to roadmap

- Use of Social media for IR
