- Liaison with R&D Dept for techno commercial and product development
- Brand building, advertising, sales promotion and MIS.
- Liaison with advertising agencies, medias and various business groups .
- Constantly strive to increase market share in various business segments.
- Implement marketing plans of the company to achieve higher levels in business operations.
- Gather Market Intelligence on competitor activity
- People management leading to a cohesive teamwork.
- Developing team members to assume higher responsibilities in the organization.
The candidate should be a male candidate, with an MBA – (Marketing) or MBA with Engineering, having around 20 or above years relevant experience in large FMCD/Hard core/Manufacturing product industry, managing highly visible and successful brands.
