Senior GM - L&D

This opportunity is with one of the Top FMCG Co. in India.

Location: Delhi/NCR

Experience: 11 - 15 yrs

Role:

- Consult and influence leadership to identify the business objectives and align L&D initiatives to create the L&D value chain for effective deployment of learning programs and people engagement.

- Provide inputs for direction and vision for L&D (with global alignment) as per skills and capabilities needed to drive the business strategy and objectives.

- Conceptualize & develop L&D initiatives for improved productivity, building capability and quality enhancement.

- Design and implement Competency Framework for the organization.

- Preparation and implementation of framework for Training Need analysis and program evaluation framework and guidelines.

- Ensuring an end to end implementation of the Learning Management System through customization and integration with enabling HR systems

- Lead team of Learning Strategists in the creation and mentoring of course content.

- Management of instructional design of course development -- including testing, delivery, and maintenance
