Sr. General Manager (Corporate Finance).

Qualification: MBA Finance from Leading Business School/C.A.

Experience: 7-10 Years (2-3 years of Equity placement of Real Estate Industry)

Job Profile:

- Equity Placement through domestic and international sources including FII, DII, MF, HNI’s, PE Funds, etc.

- Transactions support including preparation of information memorandums, business plans, valuation report, Due Diligences, DRHP, RHP etc.

- Dealing with SEBI, Investment Bankers, Key Managers registrars, advisors and other related authorities/ agencies pertaining to the equity placement.

- Knowledge of IPO/FPO/QIP/other dilution mechanism is a must.
