Looking for competent personnel to head Pan India Sales function - sales through Retail/Dealer network spread across 8 regions - Kolkata/Delhi/Jaipur/Mumbai/Pune/Chennai/Hyderabad/ Bangalore

- Exposure in handling large retail dealer network chain and institutional customers is essential

- Manage Yearly Sales Plan

- Meeting the budgeted sales targets through increased team performance.

- Constantly strive to increase market share in various business segments.

- Leading each region in developing and expanding sales network in major markets.

- Gather Market Intelligence on competitor activity

- Dealer management/establish and maintain good personal rapport with major account holders.

- Interact closely with SCM / Logistic team to ensure the right product mix availability at sales office.

- Implement sales policies/ plans of the company to achieve higher levels in business operations. ·

- Monitoring the cost under various expense heads and ensuring the limits are honored.

- Team building and people development leading to a cohesive teamwork.

- Developing team members to assume higher responsibilities in the organization.

- Monitor various survey and data generation activity for the regions.

Candidate should be a post graduate in Management from Premier Institutes having around 20 or above years relevant experience in large FMCD/Hard core/manufacturing product industry, managing highly visible/ successful brands
