Role: Senior Financial Analyst

Work Location: Bangalore

Travel: Occasionally as required

Exp: 2 to 5 Yrs.

Job Profile Includes:

- Financial Analysis : Analysis and reporting support to multi point business function leadership grid within the company on monthly business performance reviews with P&Ls, variances, review decks, Dash Boards etc. Identify & drive for improvements in FP&A.

- Budget/Forecasting : Prepare and support budgeting and forecasting global exercises.

- Accounting/ Result : Preparation, review and submission of the accounts, ensuring timely completion of book closure in different process.

- Audit Closure: Liaison with the auditor and resolve audit queries for audit and ensure smooth finalization.

- Control and compliance: Complying with all statutory requirements for better control and governance.

- Process Development :. Responsible for initiating, developing and/or implementing new projects and process improvements to support company strategies, and systems that supports company vision. Lead, guide on migration/development of existing/future reporting requirements to come from COGNOS environment.

- Guide, lead and Co-ordinate for the team deliverables to ensure timely and accurate reporting, provide effective support to Business on existing and new reporting & review process.

- Analysis and reporting support to multi point business function leadership grid within the company on monthly business performance reviews with P&Ls, variances, review decks, Dash Boards etc. Identify & drive for improvements in FP&A.

- Support budgeting and forecasting global exercises

- Develop and launch new MIS support or review systems required from time to time on various initiatives by senior management; including ad hoc analysis if any.

- Manage to have the team work with group finance, business analysts, IS teams and global finance managers on Month End book closure process and audit related controls.

- Lead, guide on migration/development of existing/future reporting requirements to come from COGNOS environment.

Key Experience / Skills required:

- Chartered Accountant with 2-5 years of experience with good exposure to financial accounting; controls; budgeting and forecasting and analysis in comparable roles.

- Excellent Excel, MS Access skills and exposed to financial planning

- Good working knowledge and exposure in all COGNOS applications (Preferable not must)

- Good communicator and a team leader
