About our Client - Our client is a leading hair stylist headquartered in France and having taken 350 rues in 18 countries. They launched their first Salon in France in the early 80's and since then have diversified their business line in launching their 100% organic hair and skin products. With strong expansion plans in India across cities they are currently looking out for a Sr Manager Finance to control the entire business finance function.

Job Description - Reporting into the India CEO you will be responsible for the below:

- Liaising with the commercial head and accomplishing divisional financial objectives

- Streamlining processes and set-up controls in to enable smooth functioning in the finance space

- Heading the business planning, forecasting and budgeting activities for the business unit

- Helping drive profitability of the organization and laying out cost effective measures to enhance EBITDA

- Analyzing business plans and monitoring regular progress to achieve business goals

- Liaosining with investors to help raise capital to expand India business

The Successful Candidate - You are a MBA with 7-9 years of post qualification experience in the finance space. You are currently handling the business finance function in the Retail Space. Candidates will be preferred only from the retail space. You must have excellent communication and writing skills along with strong business acumen. You are a strong personality and a confident individual to liaise with external stakeholders and the corporate in France. CA's, ICWA's please don't apply for this position.
