Sr Finance Manager - Corporate Finance

Qualification : CA with 18-20 years experience in corporate Finance -----RANGE CAN BE 15-20 YEARS

Reporting to : MD and CFO at Helion Advisors

Job role:

- Help portfolio companies in the business plan articulating the balance between growth and profitability in line with the investment thesis

- Help hiring the finance heads at portfolio companies

- Create templates for compliance tracking, audit trials, internal controls and internal audit

- Work with Companies to set up right finance processes, plug revenue leakage, cash management and balance sheet reviews etc

- Help the companies think through in terms of their structures for right exit

- Help set up a mechanism for review of customer contracts, liabilities, taxation exposure etc.,

- Set up the treasury policy and risk mitigation policies for portfolio Companies

- Streamline MIS and Board reports for portfolio Companies and assist the Helion board member to understand the business financials and right decision making.

- Help Companies set up and run finance function in absence of CFO

- Moderating finance models for fund raise on new investments and existing follow on rounds

- RUN HELION FINANCE FORUM FOR BEST PRACTICE SHARING

- BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH BIG FOUR

- Ability to travel extensively

- Relationships with the audit firms, lawyers etc.
