Job Description - As the Senior Finance Controller you will be responsible for Managing the accounting activities & oversee the analysis of the financial forecast of the firm

- Developing and maintain a system of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the organization.

- Coordinating and cooperating with auditors

- Overseeing the preparation of long-term budgetary planning and the implementation of budgets so as to monitor progress and present financial metrics both internally and externally

- Drawing up strategic short term/long term business plans and ensuring progress against set milestones

- Developing a robust finance team that will support the growth plans of the business

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA with 10+years of post qualification relevant work experience preferably door hardware, access control industry. You possess strong analytical, communication and presentation skills and have considerable experience in a supervisory/ leadership role. You are a business leader with strong negotiation skills and conflict resolution ability. You should be proficient with treasury operations and exposed to fund raising. Individuals currently in a senior finance position will be preferred.
