Job Responsibilities

- Content Development

- Online Teaching/Training

Other Key roles:

- Designing and implementing learning and development strategy in line with the business strategy to addresses the short-term and long term needs of the organization.

- Developing & conducting training programs/ module and creating an integral link between the learning strategies in an effective manner.

- Formulating leading-edge learning for enhancing new skills and capabilities, retained knowledge and improved performance.

- Mapping business requirements and coordinating in developing, implementing and transitioning processes in line with the guidelines.

POSITIONS: 8 senior faculty members

CTC: 24 -30 Lacs p.a

Role: Full time

Location: Janakpuri

A) English ( Background: BA/MA English - St. Stephen’s/LSR/ Hans Raj/ Jesus and Mary. Working exp: Pearson, Univ of Cambridge, British Council etc

B) Mathematics/ Competition- IITJEE, GMAT, GRE (Background: Btech- IIT. Working Exp: Bansals, KOTA etc )

C) Sciences-Physics/Chem/Competition - IITJEE, GMAT, GRE (Background: Btech- IIT. Working Exp: Bansals, KOTA etc )

D) Management/Business Studies ( Background: IIM/ISB/Top IVY League college/ BCom (H) - SRCC)

E) Commerce/CA coaching (Background: rank holder CA, BCom (H) - SRCC. Working Exp: KPMG/Deloitte/E&Y/ PwC)

F) Biology/Medicine (Background: MBBS – AIIMS/MAMC/KMC/CMC/LHMC)

G) Software (Background: IITs. Working exp: Infosys, Accenture, TCS, Wipro, Microsoft & other top corporate)

H) Other Exams: UPSC/Civil Services/ Bank PO etc
